The European Commission invites feedback on a draft implementing act under the NIS2 Directive, which contains detailed technical and methodological requirements for cybersecurity risk-management measures in digital infrastructures, digital providers, and ICT service management sectors.
The draft implementing act is open for public feedback via the EU Have Your Say portal for four weeks.
